Product Images

The Magnum® Super Splice is the strongest mechanical splice kit on the market. This can be used for belt joints, failures and repairs. Our patent-protected design is the only mechanical splice to use the integral strength of the belt carcass. This is achieved by stripping back the belt top and bottom covers and overlapping the ply within the belt carcass. The Super Splice module is then applied to the top and bottom of the belt and screwed into position providing an everlasting mechanical grip. This offers the maximum tensile strength which is equal to the belt carcass.
